In the heart of Charnie Sarthoise, between forests and bocage, the Ferme des Orques welcomes up to 20 people in an authentic rural setting. The property offers 6 bedrooms distributed in the main gîte, to which is added a heated caravan that can accommodate 5 additional people - ideal for a party, a seminar or a weekend with friends that is overflowing happily. The heart of the house is a reception room of 45 to 50 m², fully equipped to receive your guests: hi-fi sound system, light effects, video projector, crockery and cutlery for 20 people, tables and chairs included. The professional kitchen allows you to accommodate a caterer or private chef without constraints; a catering service is also offered directly by the owners. The environment guarantees a real disconnection: garden, barbecue, internet access. The Gîtes de la Charnie team can be reached at any time (24-hour access) so that your stay goes without a hitch. Rental of sheets and optional cleaning allow you to adapt the formula to your budget. Less than an hour from Le Mans and close to the Charnie forest, the site is suitable for intimate weddings and festive evenings as well as team retreats or family weekends with children and pets.
