Nestled in the Champagne countryside in Montmort-Lucy, La Ferme des 4 étangs is an estate of character designed for large gatherings. With an accommodation capacity of 50 people in 7 rooms, the place offers an authentic setting combining generous volumes and a friendly atmosphere. At the heart of the estate, a large reception room of 170 m² can accommodate up to 130 seated guests, supplemented by a secondary room of 40 m². The outdoor spaces are not left out: 45 m² terrace, 90 m² covered pavilion and gardens offer multiple configurations for your celebrations. The equipped kitchen is accessible for self-service, and a bar service is available on site. No noise constraints or imposed closing times — a rare asset for parties that last late into the night. One room is accessible to people with reduced mobility, and bedding is available for rental. Horses welcome with equine accommodation possible. On the leisure side, ping-pong and pétanque court liven up the afternoons, while the barbecue and the fireplace bring warmth and conviviality. Ample on-site parking to accommodate all your guests hassle-free.
