An old Burgundian building rehabilitated into a collective living space, La Fabrique des Ducs accommodates up to 64 people in the heart of Saône-et-Loire, in Epinac. Its 22 rooms distributed over several levels offer an ideal setting for group stays requiring both private comfort and generous common areas. The heart of the estate revolves around a private heated swimming pool measuring 12.5 × 4.5 meters, bordered by a 150 m² terrace with a row of deck chairs, garden furniture and a barbecue. Inside, the 190 m² air-conditioned reception room can host banquets and dance evenings, while the 90 m² seminar room is easily equipped for working or training days. The 50 m² professional kitchen satisfies both external caterers and self-managed groups: hotplates, oven, freezer, dishwasher and all the necessary equipment are available. The relaxation area with 50 m² bar extends the evenings without having to leave the area. On the leisure side, billiards, table football, video games, arcade machine and basketball complete the outdoor pétanque court. A gym and a teleworking space cater for mixed professional-leisure stays. The on-site concierge ensures a responsive presence, cleaning and linens are included in the service. PMR access allows all participant profiles to be accommodated. Located less than an hour from Beaune and Chalon-sur-Saône, the estate benefits from a quiet Burgundian countryside environment, with free parking for group convoys.
