An old building rehabilitated into a collective living space, La Fabrik du Bon'Eure accommodates up to 37 people in 17 rooms in the heart of the Normandy countryside, in Autheuil-Authouillet in Eure. The spirit of the place combines industrial warmth and family comfort: fireplace, wood stove, reception room equipped with sound system and video projector for your seminars or parties, and a complete leisure area with billiards, table football, sauna, ping-pong, trampoline, basketball court, badminton and indoor football volleyball. The fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer) allows you to accommodate a caterer or cook in a large group. Outside, terrace, barbecue, garden furniture and pétanque court extend the evenings under the Norman sky. The building has 2 PRM bedrooms, PRM access and baby equipment for families. High-speed optical fiber ensures a smooth connection for seminar teams.
