In the heart of Sologne, on a 6 hectare estate in Yvoy-le-Marron, La Billeratière brings together three independent gîtes which can accommodate up to 24 people in accommodation, with a capacity of 40 to 50 people during the day thanks to the 50 m² reception room. Surrounded by forests and meadows, the property offers a one-hectare private pond, a secure 8x4 m swimming pool (NFP 90-306 standard barrier), a pétanque court, badminton, football goals, an outdoor ping-pong table and numerous games for children. The 20 m² professional kitchen equipped with complete equipment (stoves, professional dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer) allows you to organize meals for large groups or to call on an external caterer. The three gîtes, the majority on one level, each have complete domestic equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, HDMI flat screen TV, WiFi, coffee machine, bed linen provided. Arrival is autonomous thanks to a secure key box. Ideal for family reunions, business seminars, bachelorette parties, weddings and weekends with friends, the place combines great comfort, generous outdoor spaces and the natural isolation specific to Sologne.
