At the heart of a 12-hectare estate planted with olive trees on the outskirts of Béziers, Hameau Montplaisir brings together six independent gîtes to accommodate up to 36 people in a preserved Languedoc setting. Each house is named after a grape variety — Carignan (12 people), Sauvignon (10), Chardonnay (8), Merlot (6), Syrah (6) and Cabernet (6) — and has its own private space, offering both the intimacy of a holiday home and the conviviality of a shared hamlet. The heart of the estate revolves around a 70 m² reception room equipped with a semi-professional kitchen, ideal for group meals, weddings, seminars or family celebrations. Two secure swimming pools, shaded terraces, barbecues and large garden furniture complete the outdoor space. Household linen is provided, cleaning included at the end of the stay and bathroom linen renewed every week: no logistical details add to the stay. In terms of equipment, each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, coffee maker), a washing machine, television, DVD player and Wi-Fi. The motorway connection facilitates access from Montpellier, Toulouse or Barcelona, and the town of Béziers with its shops and restaurants is a few minutes away.

Béziers est une commune française située dans le département de l'Hérault en région Occitanie, à proximité de la mer Méditerranée. Il s’agit de la plus ancienne ville de France, avant Marseille : de multiples fouilles archéologiques entreprises depuis les années 1980 ont montré que Béziers fut fondée par des Grecs au VIIe siècle av. J.-C.. Un bon camp de base pour un séjour de groupe : depuis Béziers (81 545 habitants), marchés, sentiers et patrimoine du secteur (Hérault, Occitanie) se découvrent facilement.
