At the heart of a 7-hectare estate in Sarthe, this carefully restored old farmhouse accommodates up to 33 people in a green and authentic setting. The Grand Gîte offers seven rooms, five of which have private bathrooms, and two dormitories for five and six people, ideal for group stays or family and professional events. The heart of the estate is a large professional kitchen equipped for 120 guests, extended by a 110 m² living room with two functional fireplaces and a dining room that can seat 100 people. For outdoor or indoor events, the 240 m² hangar and the 120 m² covered shelter offer generous reception capacity in all weathers. The natural environment is one of the major assets of the place: a private pond for fishing, a south-facing terrace, a landscaped garden and the Bocal Manceau trails for hiking enthusiasts. A spa and wellness area completes the relaxation offer. Animals are accepted and disabled access is provided via the small annex gîte. Less than an hour from Le Mans, the area is suitable for business seminars as well as weddings, bachelorette parties or large family reunions. Christophe and Amanda Bouin provide a personalized welcome and even offer an interior decoration consultation.
