In the heart of Southern Brittany, in Pontchateau in Loire-Atlantique, the Gîte du Menhir welcomes your groups of 25 to 30 people in a green and generous setting. Spread over several spaces, the gîte offers 9 comfortable rooms for 30 beds, ideally designed for stays with friends, extended family or colleagues. The heart of life revolves around two soundproofed and communicating reception rooms offering a combined 55 m²: perfect for your festive meals, lively evenings or group meetings. A bar area with bistro tables completes the friendly atmosphere, while the fully equipped professional kitchen — with two dishwashers — makes it easy to organize your home-cooked meals. Outside, a large south-west facing wooden terrace invites you to relax, facing an enclosed garden with ball games area. Table football, darts, ping-pong, pétanque and children's games provide entertainment for all ages. For memorable evenings, a connected speaker kit and a light show kit are available as options. The cottage has private parking, disabled access, accepts animals, and fireplace wood is provided. A marquee location is available for your outdoor events. Located near Pontchateau, the site offers relative isolation while remaining accessible, ideal for your weekends of disconnection without logistical constraints.
