Nestled in the Breton countryside, the Gîte du Menhir accommodates up to 30 people in the heart of the Brière Regional Natural Park, less than 30 km from the beaches of La Baule and the Guérande peninsula. The house is spread over 10 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, in a generous green setting: enclosed garden of 1,300 m², wooden terrace facing south-west and pétanque court for summer evenings. For groups who want to party without disturbing the neighborhood, the soundproofed room with bar is the central asset: table football, darts, speakers and light shows transform the evenings without having to leave the area. Meals are prepared in a fully equipped kitchen – two refrigerators, a freezer, two dishwashers – and are continued around the barbecues or on the bistro tables on the terrace. The property is accessible to disabled people thanks to a single-storey lodge room, and has a fireplace for the cool seasons. To complete the program, the most active will find ping-pong table, Molky, shuffleboard and swing in the garden. Rental is available for the weekend (€1,200 – €1,500) as well as for the week (€2,215 – €2,670), with an entry price starting from €355/night.
