In the heart of Lagrasse, one of the most beautiful villages in France, this large gîte accommodates up to 15 people in an exceptional setting, on the banks of the Orbieu and facing the famous abbey. Completely redesigned in a contemporary style, it offers six bedrooms each with their own bathroom, ideal for bringing together families or groups of friends without compromising on comfort. The vast living room, with its large convivial table, its two sofas and its fireplace, invites long shared evenings. Outside, a 35 m² terrace equipped with a giant plancha extends outdoor dining, while the garden laid out on several levels offers deckchairs, parasols and hammocks for relaxation. Rare asset: private pedestrian access leads directly to the river, where swimming is possible on sunny days. A natural and heritage setting for memorable group stays. Please note: the presence of a spiral staircase makes the gîte not recommended for children under 6 years old.
