In the heart of Côtes-d'Armor, on the shores of Lake Guerlédan in inland Brittany, the Gîtes du Liscuis form a group of three independent Breton houses that can accommodate up to 40 people in total. The area includes Pen Men (7 people), Men Faoutet (14 people) and Men Treuz (9 people), rentable separately or combined for a large gathering. The whole has 15 rooms spread over the three gîtes, with 6 bathrooms and 6 separate toilets. The large 50 m² dining room and the 35 m² main kitchen allow you to organize convivial meals, complemented by two additional kitchens with fireplaces for total culinary autonomy. Each living space is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, hotplates, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Evenings continue around the fireplace or wood stove, in front of the television or on the terrace with the barbecue and garden furniture. The WiFi connection is available throughout the area. The natural setting is remarkable: Quénécan forest, hiking trails, Guerlédan lake in the immediate vicinity. Rental is possible for the night or the week, depending on your project. End of stay cleaning is charged €70, sheet rental €150, and the tourist tax amounts to €0.88 per night per adult.
