In the heart of Loire-Atlantique, in Derval, the Domaine de la Garlais opens the doors to an authentic organic farm to accommodate your groups of up to 50 people. Three independent accommodations – the Grand Gîte (up to 28 beds), the Gîte de la Cour (9 to 11 people) and the Gîte Ker Anna (10 to 12 people) – can be rented separately or in combination depending on the size of your group. The large dining room of the Grand Gîte brings together up to 50 guests around a common table, ideal for shared meals. The professional kitchen, equipped with two 500 liter refrigerators and stoves worthy of a restaurant, can accommodate caterers and amateur cooks in the best conditions. Outside, a 400 m² enclosed garden planted with a century-old oak tree offers a privileged living space, complete with a terrace, a barbecue and garden furniture. The organic farm with its dairy cows constitutes a unique educational experience, particularly appreciated by specialized structures (IME, discovery classes) and families. PMR accessibility is taken care of: dedicated bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. The estate also has a meeting room for your seminars or professional events. The site combines comfort, a soothing natural setting and versatility of use, whether for a family weekend, a stay with friends, a business seminar or a green class.
