On the banks of the Haute-Seine canal, this large group gîte accommodates up to 35 people in a green setting in the Aube countryside. Spread over two buildings, the complex offers nine rooms and comfortable accommodation capacity for family stays, school stays or professional events. The main building has an 80 m² dining room that can accommodate group meals, as well as a kitchen fully equipped with professional equipment: four-burner piano, two ovens, microwave, refrigerator, industrial dishwasher and crockery for 60 place settings. The common areas include a large activity room of 150 m², two work rooms of 35 m² each, an audiovisual space, a library-games room and a multi-purpose workshop. Outside, the vast green spaces invite relaxation and outdoor activities: archery, mountain biking on site, and kayaking directly accessible on the canal. In the immediate vicinity, an equestrian center offers riding lessons and pony rides, as well as an educational farm ideal for school groups. Sheet rental is available as an option. An annual subscription of €30 is required. This gîte is suitable for team building stays as well as green classes, summer camps or family reunions.
