The common areas include a large activity room of 150 m², two work rooms of 35 m² each, an audiovisual space, a library-games room and a multi-purpose workshop. Outside, the vast green spaces invite relaxation and outdoor activities: archery, mountain biking on site, and kayaking directly accessible on the canal. In the immediate vicinity, an equestrian center offers riding lessons and pony rides, as well as an educational farm ideal for school groups. Sheet rental is available as an option.
