In the heart of Indre-et-Loire, in Saint-Branchs, this 4-star gîte accommodates up to 15 people in a neat setting combining high-end comfort and fun facilities. The strong point of the property: a heated indoor swimming pool (6 × 3.10 m, maintained between 27 and 28°C), accessible in all seasons and secured by electronic bracelet — ideal for stays with family or friends without weather constraints. The house is spread over several levels and offers 5 bedrooms with high-end bedding (memory pillows), large bathrooms and a living space opening onto the terrace and the 400 m² enclosed garden. For moments of conviviality, an American billiards table, a ping-pong table and a complete library (books and board games) occupy the common areas. The fully equipped kitchen - oven, microwave, dishwasher, two refrigerators, one large with freezer, raclette machines and crepe makers - makes cooking for the group effortless. Outside, two large terrace tables that can seat 14 to 15 guests, a barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs complete the space. A 10-space bicycle shelter (Accueil Vélo certification) and private parking for 4-5 cars facilitate logistics. The cottage is accessible to people with reduced mobility (wheelchairs) and has complete baby equipment (playpen, high chair, bathtub). The spa is available from September to June.
