In the heart of the Monts du Lyonnais, in Courzieu in the Rhône, Les Gouttes occupies a completely restored old barn, set in a preserved green setting. Completely independent, the gîte can accommodate up to 15 people on two levels, with four bedrooms each with their own private bathroom and WC: an organization designed so that each group or family finds their own space without compromising on conviviality. The central living room brings together around a wood stove, facing a connected TV and a speaker, all the ingredients for a successful evening. The kitchen is equipped to the last detail - gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, food processor, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and raclette grill - for group meals without stress or improvisation. On the exterior side, a large terrace with bioclimatic pergola, barbecue and garden furniture extends the stay on sunny days. Private parking makes it easier to arrive in groups, and pets are welcome. The place is accessible to people with reduced mobility with assistance. Ideal for a weekend with friends, a family reunion, a birthday or a private party, the cottage is rented on an all-inclusive basis (sheets and cleaning included), less than an hour from Lyon. A rare balance between modern comfort and rural authenticity, in a quiet natural area away from urban hustle and bustle.
