In the heart of Southern Burgundy, in Trivy in Saône-et-Loire, Le Pré Monon is a completely renovated 19th century farmhouse which accommodates up to 15 people in an authentic and relaxing setting. Seven bedrooms — five with double beds and two furnished mezzanines — offer comfortable accommodation for families, groups of friends or informal seminars. The central living room, a 45 m² living room bathed in light thanks to a double glass roof opening onto the century-old barn, sets the tone: raw materials, generous volumes, warm atmosphere. The large, fully equipped kitchen - gas stove, American refrigerator, large work surfaces - allows you to cook for the group without constraints. The adjoining dining room welcomes all guests around the same table. Outside, a meadow of more than 3,000 m², terraces, an interior courtyard and a barbecue make up an outdoor living space ideal for sunny days. The adjoining barn, converted into a leisure space, houses a table tennis table and can be transformed into a daytime dining room for special occasions. A pétanque court and private parking for 7 to 8 vehicles complete the facilities. The cottage is designed to accommodate families with young children: changing table, baby bath and adapted bedding are available. Three bathrooms with shower and three separate toilets ensure everyday comfort. End of stay cleaning is included in the price, sheets are available for separate rental.
