An old Breton farmhouse from the 17th century, completely restored, La Grande Maison du Domaine de la Tarais accommodates up to 14 people in an authentic and green setting in Côtes-d’Armor. Its 221 m² of living space are spread over 7 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offering appreciable privacy for large groups of family or friends. The heart of the house brings together a large dining room with fireplace and wood stove, a relaxation lounge and a professionally equipped kitchen: gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Two terraces extend the living space to the outside – one facing the south garden, the other overlooking the playground – while the barbecue and outdoor dining area invite summer tables. The centerpiece remains the heated swimming pool, accessible from the terraces, ideal for enjoying the long Breton days. Private parking for 7 vehicles completes the facilities. Quality linen (Linvosges, Duault/Breizh) is provided, and secure WiFi covers the entire property. Managed by Brigitte and Patrice, the estate also offers guest rooms on site, creating a warm shared house atmosphere. Rated 4.75/5 on 24 reviews, classified 3 stars furnished with tourism.
