Anchored in Loire-Atlantique, in Chaumes-en-Retz, La Baronnerie is a group gîte designed to accommodate up to 48 people in its 12 single-storey rooms. The estate has two complementary reception spaces: the Glycine-Tilleul room of approximately 140 m² for large gatherings, and the Fuchsias room of 45 m² ideal for meetings or workshops in small groups. Each room is equipped with an independent professional kitchen, which gives complete freedom to organize a catered meal or prepare your own menus. The bedrooms, all located on the ground floor, each have a private sink and can accommodate 4 people in various configurations (single beds, double bed, bunk bed). PRM accessibility is ensured throughout the area, with a dedicated adapted shower toilet. Outside, a large green space with garden furniture, barbecue and children's games invites you to enjoy the fresh air between two sessions. A hiking trail leaves in the immediate vicinity from the Noirbreuil farm. The site is open all year round, has parking, WiFi throughout the establishment, a video projector and a sound system. Management is possible on a free or full board basis depending on the needs of the group.
