In the heart of the Loiret, between the Loire and the Forêt d’Orléans, this large group gîte of 600 m² extends over a farm in the Village des Boîtes aux lettres in Saint-Martin-d’Abbat. With its 35 beds divided into 12 rooms - including 3 accessible on one level for people with reduced mobility - it welcomes large families as well as groups of friends or teams in seminars. The modular reception room of 122 m² can bring together more than 80 people at the table, and the leisure room of almost 100 m² with its bar, billiards table, table football and ping-pong table invites conviviality after the meal. The fireplace and the home cinema space complete this warm atmosphere, as does the piano available on site. The professional kitchen is one of the real assets of the place: 6-level combi oven, sauté pan, ceramic hob, gas oven, bain-marie, mixer, cutter and fryer allow you to accommodate a caterer or cook in a large group without compromise. A table d’hôtes is also available on a half-board basis (€45 per person per day during the week). Outside, a private enclosed garden with terrace, barbecue, garden furniture and pétanque court offers a bucolic setting protected from view. The shared balneotherapy room brings a welcome touch of well-being. The private parking lot can accommodate several vehicles. WiFi available.
