In the heart of the Loire Valley, facing the orchards and the view of the castle, the Gîte des Vergers de Fontenay accommodates up to 32 people in a neat rural setting, a stone’s throw from Lignières-de-Touraine. The estate has nine rooms spread over several levels, including a PMR accessible suite on the ground floor with private bathroom and WC. In terms of equipment, the kitchen is a real highlight: three refrigerators, freezer, oven, hotplates, cooktop and dishwasher allow you to organize large meals without constraints. A full semi-professional kitchen is available as an option for groups who wish to cater or cook in large format. The 96 m² reception room offers a flexible space ideal for family events, relaxing seminars or reunions with friends. The air conditioning upstairs guarantees optimal comfort in summer. Outside, terrace, pergola, barbecues, pétanque court, ping-pong table and games for children make up a generous and friendly living space. An enclosed courtyard and private parking ensure tranquility and security. Bicycles are available on site to explore the roads of the Loire by bike and its surrounding castles. Bed linen can be rented and beds made upon arrival; end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. Open all year round, the gîte is suitable for large summer meals as well as long weekends in any season.
