In the heart of the Breton countryside, in Availles-sur-Seiche in Ille-et-Vilaine, the Gîte des Hirondelles accommodates up to 31 people in a bucolic and friendly setting. Spread over 8 rooms, this group accommodation has been designed for large family reunions, team seminars, weekends with friends and celebrations that deserve space. The heart of the place is a modular 82 m² living room that can accommodate up to 70 people during the day, equipped with a professional sound system and light shows for those who wish to liven up their evenings. A 41 m² relaxation room with fireplace and sofas invites you to rest after the festivities. The professional kitchen is fully equipped - refrigerator, freezer, oven, hotplates, stove, microwave, dishwasher - so that your guests or your caterer can operate without constraints. Outside, a large terrace with barbecue and garden furniture opens onto a pétanque court, while a games room with wooden games extends conviviality whatever the weather. Private parking and PMR access facilitate logistics for all group profiles. A reception barn can complete the installation for outdoor events. WiFi/4G is available throughout the site. Bedding can be rented on site (€9/person), end-of-stay cleaning is obligatory (€200) and a heating supplement of €150 applies in the cold season. Pets are not accepted, with the exception of service animals.
