In the heart of the Mayen countryside, the Gîte de La Grez accommodates up to 45 people in a rural estate made up of two separate buildings, ideal for group stays in Pays de la Loire. With its 13 rooms, including a room accessible to people with reduced mobility on the ground floor, the place combines residential comfort and professional equipment rarely combined in the same area. The kitchen is up to the task of large tables: professionally equipped with double gas stoves, cold room, food warmer and large-capacity dishwasher, it allows you to organize family meals, weekends with friends or company receptions without logistical constraints. Catering, breakfasts and half-board are available on request. The 115 m² reception room, equipped with a video projector and a screen, opens onto a covered terrace of almost 100 m², allowing you to enjoy the outdoors whatever the weather. The pétanque court, the barbecue and the garden complete the outdoor offer for friendly evenings extended until nightfall. Prices are accessible and flexible depending on the duration: night at €22/person, half-board package at €47/person, or weekend package from €1,450. Linen rental and a professional cleaning service are optional, for effortless organization.
