Nestled in the Yonne at the gates of the Parc du Morvan, La Cimentelle is a house of character which accommodates up to 34 people in 15 rooms, all with private bathrooms. The estate combines the character of Burgundy stone with contemporary facilities: swimming pool heated from April to October, large equipped kitchen, multi-purpose games room and sunny terrace with barbecue. Nathalie and Stéphane, hosts on site, offer an optional table d’hôte and thematic stays - cooking classes, regional wine tastings, truffle hunting and visits to Vézelay - which make each stay an authentic immersion in Burgundy. The accommodation is ideal for business seminars, family reunions, weekends with friends or festive events: covered private parking, independent access, charging station for electric vehicles and wifi in all rooms. The 3-star house also has complete equipment for families with young children (baby bed, high chair, baby bath, games). A stone’s throw from Avallon, it offers an ideal starting point for exploring wine-growing Burgundy and natural Morvan.
