Nestled in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard, in Ammerschwihr, this characterful gîte accommodates up to 15 people on three completely renovated levels. The house combines contemporary comfort — triple glazing, heat pump, dual-flow ventilation, fiber optic with mesh network — with a warm atmosphere specific to Alsace. On the ground floor, the large dining room equipped for 15 guests has an integrated sound system with Spotify access; the open kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, two refrigerators, Kenwood food processor, Nespresso and everything you need to cook as a group. The TV lounge with Netflix completes this main living space. The six rooms, spread over two floors, each offer 90x200 hotel beds convertible into 180x200, a private bathroom with shower, sink, WC and hairdryer, and wardrobes with bedding and towels included. To relax or have fun, the house offers a wide range: games room with billiards and table football, home cinema lounge in the basement (55-inch TV, Blu-ray player, Netflix), games area on the 2nd floor (42-inch TV, PlayStation 4), infrared sauna, elliptical bike and stocked library. The partly covered terrace accommodates barbecue, plancha, pierrade and garden furniture, ideal for summer evenings. The property has a garage and a courtyard for two to three vehicles. The owners, Nathalie and Sébastien Larbre, have thought of every detail: LED motion detection lighting, sound level display on the terrace, and exterior security camera. The cottage is located in a quiet and family setting, a stone’s throw from the Wine Route.
