A former military fort converted into a group accommodation, Fort Saint Martin occupies an area of 5 hectares in the heart of Cotentin, in Saint-Germain-des-Vaux in Manche. The site combines historic character and collective facilities designed for large gatherings: three vaulted rooms of 30, 50 and 80 m² bathed in an authentic medieval atmosphere, supplemented by 160 m² of multi-purpose rooms that can be adapted according to your needs. In terms of accommodation, the fort accommodates up to 57 people in 13 rooms, all equipped with heating and hot water. The fully equipped community kitchen (oven, stove, hotplates, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher) allows meals and banquets to be organized without an external service provider. The large wooded grounds offer a green setting for breaks and outdoor activities. The site is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Ideal for professional seminars, association retreats, family weekends or festivities with friends, Fort Saint Martin offers nightly, weekend or weekly packages, with decreasing rates depending on the length of the stay.
