In the heart of green Picardy, La Ferme du Pignon is a vast rural estate capable of accommodating up to 42 people in 15 rooms. Nestled in Verneuil-sous-Coucy in Aisne, this characterful gîte combines the authenticity of a renovated farm with complete equipment designed for large gatherings: business seminars, weekends with friends or family celebrations. The fully equipped kitchen - hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer - and the wood stove in the living room provide the setting for a convivial stay. For lively evenings, the games room has table tennis, billiards and table football, while the stereo and cable television complete the indoor leisure facilities. Cool nights are managed by central heating, hot days by air conditioning. Outside, a private garden borders a 5 x 9 m above-ground swimming pool, surrounded by deckchairs and garden furniture under a pergola. A pétanque court, a volleyball court and games for children extend the outdoor activities. The barbecue and the sheltered area welcome summer meals in a friendly atmosphere. As an option, a jacuzzi can be added to the living room. For presentation events, the area has a projector and screen, as well as a microphone, easily transforming the venue into a meeting or conference space. On-site parking, security detectors and WiFi access complete this picture of versatile group accommodation, surrounded by private forest.
