In the heart of Burgundy, in Festigny in Yonne, the Ferme du Bois la Dame welcomes up to 20 people in an authentic Burgundian farmhouse classified 4 stars. Its 280 m² of living space divided into 8 bedrooms combine the character of exposed stones and beams with careful comfort: four bathrooms, living room with functional fireplace, large dining room, fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, freezer, microwave). The main asset of the estate is its independent outbuilding, a large reception room that can accommodate up to 200 seated guests, ideal for weddings, seminars or large family celebrations. Outside, the wooden terrace, the landscaped garden and the interior courtyard offer beautiful convivial spaces with barbecue and garden furniture. Sports enthusiasts will find a ping-pong table and children’s games, while WiFi and television ensure modern comfort. The private parking lot is spacious. Pets accepted on request, PRM access available.
