In the heart of the Forêt d’Orient Regional Natural Park, Domaine Saint Georges welcomes your large gatherings in a rural and authentic Aube setting. Four independent buildings make up the whole, offering 26 rooms and two dormitories to accommodate up to 83 people in a preserved village atmosphere. The renovated barn has 150 m² of reception room, ideal for banquets, weddings or festive evenings, while a 75 m² catering room completes the arrangement. The fully equipped professional kitchen allows you to accommodate a caterer or chef without constraints. Two modular meeting rooms — Chrystabelle (110 people) and Weber (60 people) — make the area as effective for business seminars as for association retreats. Outside, the pétanque court, the barbecue and the garden furniture invite you to enjoy the long Champagne evenings. The area benefits from access suitable for people with reduced mobility. Managed by the Foyer Rural d’Etourvy, it offers a self-catering formula for independent groups or half-board and full-board options with on-site catering. Less than an hour from Troyes and close to the lakes of the Forêt d’Orient, it is an address of choice for groups looking for space, conviviality and nature.
