At the heart of 36 hectares of enclosed nature in the Tarn, Domaine Puech Merlhou is a vast equestrian estate that can be privatized, ideal for groups looking for space, fresh air and outdoor activities. Nestled in Saint-Grégoire (81350), it accommodates up to 58 people in accommodation spread over 14 renovated rooms. The area stands out for its complete equestrian infrastructure: indoor riding arena, large arenas, lunging ring and the possibility of organizing stays supervised by qualified instructors. The supervised outdoor swimming pool offers well-deserved relaxation after a day of hiking or horse riding on the estate. For events and seminars, two bright and spacious reception rooms are available, equipped with a fully equipped professional kitchen (ovens, gas, fryer, cold room) and a dance floor. In terms of conviviality, table football, games room, barbecue, garden furniture and deck chairs complete the outdoor offering. The accommodation is comfortable: equipped kitchen for groups, washing machine and dryer, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace and generous common areas. The area is accessible by car and completely fenced, guaranteeing security and tranquility for families and festive groups.
