In the heart of Périgord Vert, Domaine Le Guinot extends over vast wooded land in Saint-Martin-de-Gurson, in the Dordogne. This large house of character accommodates up to 23 people in 10 rooms, ideal for group stays with family, friends or in a professional setting. The interior combines contemporary comfort and rustic warmth: fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer), large living room, dining room and two multipurpose rooms of 100 m² and 15 m² for your meetings or workshops. Air conditioning ensures optimal comfort in summer. Outside, the area is particularly generous: secure heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, panoramic outdoor sauna, shaded terrace with deckchairs, garden furniture, equipped summer kitchen, large brazier and barbecue. The more sporty will enjoy the pétanque court, the ping-pong table, the trampoline and the zip line. Children have a dedicated play area. For gourmet stays, breakfast and table d’hôtes are available upon reservation. The estate is located near the vineyards of Bergerac and the medieval villages of Périgord, perfect for exploring the cultural and gastronomic richness of the region.
