In the heart of Périgord Vert, Domaine Le Guinot extends over vast wooded land in Saint-Martin-de-Gurson, in the Dordogne. This large house of character accommodates up to 23 people in 10 rooms, ideal for group stays with family, friends or in a professional setting. The interior combines contemporary comfort and rustic warmth: fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer), large living room, dining room and two multipurpose rooms of 100 m² and 15 m² for your meetings or workshops. Air conditioning ensures optimal comfort in summer. Outside, the area is particularly generous: secure heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, panoramic outdoor sauna, shaded terrace with deckchairs, garden furniture, equipped summer kitchen, large brazier and barbecue.
