Nestled in the heart of Vendée, in Grosbreuil, Domaine Le Chromatic is a large group gîte designed for memorable stays. With its 9 rooms and 24 beds, it welcomes families, groups of friends and teams looking for a complete place, far from compromise. The strong point of the area: a 10-meter heated indoor swimming pool, maintained between 28 and 29°C all year round, accessible whatever the weather. Outside, a spa heated to 37°C which can accommodate 6 to 7 people completes the relaxation area, alongside a terrace, a barbecue and a 2,000 m² patio area. The kitchen is equipped to feed a group effortlessly: three fridge-freezers, two ovens, two dishwashers, gas hob, food processor, waffle iron, raclette grill — everything is there. The washing machine and dryer guarantee total autonomy for long stays. For convivial moments, the games room has table football, ping-pong, pétanque and badminton. An iMac, an audio system, a large screen television and fiber optics allow you to work, have fun or organize an evening. A yurt on the grounds adds an original touch to the whole. Heating is provided by pellet stoves and air conditioning equips the rooms for summer stays. Baby high chairs are available, making the area suitable for families with young children. Prices range from around €1,782 for a weekend in low season to more than €5,000 for a week in very high season — a reasonable investment considering the number of beds and the wealth of equipment included.
