In the heart of the Alpes-Maritimes, in La Penne, Domaine la Plume is a historic Italian villa - a former hunting lodge - set on 9 hectares of orchard and permaculture farm. The estate accommodates up to 34 people in 17 rooms, including a PRM accessible room, distributed in a property equipped with an elevator and a concierge service. The kitchen is fully equipped for group stays: XXL stove, oven, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, complete crockery and filtering water fountain. Outside, the private swimming pool with deckchairs and parasols, the pétanque court, the ping-pong table and the 4 private ponds provide an ideal setting for family or friendly gatherings. The estate also has a yoga room, a wellness massage room and direct access to hiking trails. For professional or private events, Domaine la Plume offers reception spaces with arches and terraces, a meeting room and a seminar room — all accompanied by a paid shuttle service and free private parking. The interior fireplace, the library and the historic atmosphere of the building bring a rare character, two hours from Nice.
