In the heart of Burgundy, a stone’s throw from the Château d’Ancy-le-Franc and the roads to the great vineyards of Yonne, the Domaine des Douves accommodates up to 45 people in a green setting of 9 wooded hectares. The property has 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and 11 toilets for group stays with complete peace of mind. The fully equipped kitchen - refrigerators, gas hob, oven, dishwasher and complete crockery - allows you to organize large, convivial meals. The wood stove in the living room creates a warm atmosphere in the cool season, while wifi and the washing machine with dryer make long stays easier. Outside, the park lends itself to all outdoor activities: boats on the water, football cages, garden furniture. The 72 m² reception room can be rented separately for banquets, seminars or family celebrations. The owners also offer breakfasts on request, bicycle rentals and fishing or canoeing/kayak trips. Golf and wine tours are in the immediate vicinity. The estate welcomes animals and speaks French, English and Russian.
