In the heart of Lot-et-Garonne, between valleys and meadows, the Domaine de Villot extends over three hectares of wooded land around an 18th century dovecote. The estate brings together six independent gîtes - from 2 to 14 people each - for a total capacity of 41 beds, making it a place of choice for large family gatherings, professional retreats or outdoor celebrations. La Ferme, the estate's flagship gîte, has its own private swimming pool. A second shared swimming pool (11 x 5 m) is accessible to all occupants. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the two tennis courts, the pétanque court, the volleyball-badminton court, the basketball court and the ping-pong table. Children will find what they are looking for on the dedicated play structure. For festive events, the renovated barn can accommodate up to 130 people for a seated meal or 190 for a cocktail menu, with an adjoining semi-open covered terrace. The on-site parking lot accommodates around a hundred vehicles — a major asset for weddings and seminars. Bed linen is included in the rental, and air conditioning is available in the accommodation. The estate also houses paddocks for Arabian horses, adding a touch of character to this green setting. A few minutes from Villeneuve-sur-Lot, the Domaine de Villot combines the authenticity of old buildings, contemporary comfort and complete event infrastructure.
