An old Tarn farm from the 18th century, completely renovated, the Domaine de la Laugerie extends into the countryside around Castres and accommodates up to 16 people. The building combines the charm of old stone with careful contemporary comfort: 7 bedrooms with sheets provided, kitchen equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and a large reception room that can accommodate 100 place settings, ideal for a group stay or a family event. Outside, the heated swimming pool (8.5 × 4.4 m) sits at the heart of the area, surrounded by terraces and deckchairs. The afternoons are spent between ping-pong table, pétanque court and tree-lined garden; in the evening, the garden furniture invites outdoor meals. The Nespresso machine and the freezer complete equipment designed for total autonomy. WiFi covers the entire property and TV is available for indoor evenings. Pets are accepted for a supplement of €15 per night. Private parking surrounds the property. Ideally located a few kilometers from the center of Castres and its amenities, the estate benefits from a preserved rural setting while remaining accessible from the motorway.
