In the heart of Sarthe, the Domaine de la Gandonnière brings together in one place everything you need to accommodate a large group in complete autonomy. The estate has a bright 120 m² reception room that can accommodate up to 120 guests for a seated meal, extended by a modular covered courtyard of between 80 and 160 m² ideal for buffets or dancing evenings. The 30 m² professional kitchen - gas hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerated cabinets, freezer, percolator, complete crockery - allows you to organize catering in complete independence or to accommodate the caterer of your choice. In terms of accommodation, the estate offers 31 beds divided into 6 spaces: an 11-bed dormitory and 5 private rooms, 2 of which are fully accessible for disabled people, each with a private bathroom, a television and new bedding. The 10,000 m² plot offers a vast green space for outdoor activities, games or simply relaxation away from the hustle and bustle. The area is designed for accessibility: disabled ramps, adapted parking, separate toilets for men/women with disabled toilets, adapted seats in the rooms. Ideal for business seminars, association weekends, large group birthdays, wedding ceremonies or family gatherings, La Gandonnière guarantees smooth organization thanks to a unique space where to dine, sleep and celebrate without leaving the estate.
