A former Briard farm converted into an event property, the Domaine de la Ferme de Jean Grogne extends over a 5-hectare park in Fontenay-Tresigny, less than an hour from Paris. The main accommodation accommodates up to 34 people divided into 7 rooms with very distinct characters: a master bedroom with jacuzzi called Zanzibar, double rooms (London, Paris), quadruple rooms (Moscow, New York) and dormitories (Rio, Sidney) each with private bathrooms. The central courtyard, the true heart of the estate, overlooks all the buildings and creates an atmosphere of a private village. For events, two reception rooms are added to a covered courtyard and make it possible to host business seminars, weddings, cousins or team buildings in an authentic rural setting. An equestrian center completes the offer and offers an original activity on site. The equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, hotplates, oven, microwave, coffee maker, crockery) allows you to organize your meals in total autonomy, while a partner catering service is available to delegate the catering. In the evening, the fireplace warms the tables, the video projector with whiteboard is suitable for professional presentations as well as movie evenings, and the pétanque court invites you to relax. The area also has play areas for children and garden furniture to enjoy sunny days. Accessible from the A4 and served by the Transilien line P to Fontenay-Tresigny, the estate combines green isolation and accessibility from the Paris region.
