In the heart of Sologne, the Domaine de L’Epinoy deploys its five independent gîtes on an enclosed park of 3,000 m², a stone’s throw from the Château de Sully-sur-Loire. Designed for large gatherings, this rural estate accommodates up to 35 people in accommodation and can bring together 140 to 150 guests in its reception room for weddings, seminars or family events. Each of the eleven rooms is carefully equipped, and the collective kitchens have everything you need: stove, oven, hotplates, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Evenings continue around the fireplace or on the terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. The estate also offers an equipped seminar room, ideal for team meetings or residential training. There is no shortage of activities on site - table football, ping-pong, volleyball, games for children, fishing, horse riding - and the surrounding area offers cycling, hiking, swimming, boating and canoeing nearby. Animals are welcome, and the parking lot accommodates coaches. Open all year round, the estate accepts holiday vouchers.
