Perched above the Jaudy estuary, the Domaine de Kerhir covers 15 hectares of Natura 2000 classified park between the Breton forest and the Trégor coastline. This vast architectural ensemble brings together several historic buildings - Grand Logis, Vieux Manoir with its medieval tower, the Bergerie, the Grand Gîte - to accommodate up to 36 people under the same roof, a stone’s throw from the GR 34 long-distance hiking trail. Collective life is organized around a fully equipped semi-professional kitchen, a 74 m² reception room that can accommodate 50 people at a table, and a panoramic terrace facing the meanders of the river. In the evening, the fireplace creates an intimate atmosphere in the common areas, while the park invites you to stroll around the Saint-Nicolas chapel, a discreet vestige of local heritage. Ideal for large family gatherings, business seminars, group retreats or celebrations seeking an exceptional setting without ostentation, the estate combines the authenticity of ancient Breton buildings with careful contemporary comfort. Wifi covers all the main buildings, a barbecue and garden furniture complete the terraces, and the ping-pong table livens up outdoor afternoons. The sea and beaches of the Côte de Granit Rose are accessible in a few minutes.
