In the heart of the AOC Languedoc – Grès de Montpellier vineyard, Château Bas overlooks the village of Aumelas from its panoramic terraces opening onto the Natura 2000 park. This organic wine estate combines centuries-old stone and contemporary comfort: seven rooms divided between family suites, a ten-bed dormitory and an independent four-bedroom gîte can accommodate up to thirty people, more for a daytime event. The stone farmhouse (170 m²) is transformed into a bright reception room, ideal for weddings, seminars or family reunions. Outside the walls, the French gardens, the vine paths and the panoramic terrace invite you to stroll. The owners, Jean-Philippe and Geoffroy d'Albenas, offer wine tastings, guided tours of the castle and gourmet picnics directly on the estate. The interior equipment covers all the group's needs: fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer), air conditioning, WiFi, table football, garden furniture and pétanque court. The site is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Montpellier is around twenty minutes away, the A750 motorway a few kilometers away - the apparent isolation prevents either easy access or proximity to services.
