Brouilla is a French commune located in the east of the department of Pyrénées-Orientales, in the Occitanie region. Historically and culturally, the commune lies in the Roussillon, a former province of the Kingdom of France that existed from 1659 to 1790 and covered the three vigueries of Roussillon, Conflent and Cerdagne.
